Downgrade from Do3 to Do2 or Do1

Hi guys. Could anyone tell me if they done this before and if theres any downgrade fees that I have to pay if I downgrade from Do3 to Do1 or Do2.

You probably can do it but there will also probably be a downgrade charge because they do that with adsl.
