Hi there.

I'm a bit of a noob and need some help.
I updated my Note 8 to the NF1 version from United Arab Emirates, it seems that my battery is draining faster and the device is not as fluid as it was. Can i downgrade to the previous version of kitkat, which was the April version from poland, by flashing it with Odin?

Will this work or will it fail and/or trip knox? Knox counter is currently 0 and the device is stock and not rooted.

You Probably just have to flash a new radio through Odin.

Phone Samsung and ask them to help. As I don't care about knox, I would advise secondly to get the firmware you want and flash with Odin.

I don't care about knox also. Im just afraid of the flashing failing or bricking my device.

I have a S5 running Nordic firmware (NEE). Happy as a pig in brown smelly stuff. If you follow the instructions carefully, you should be fine. 4 very important factors are (a) Use the correct firmware for your device (b) Make sure the download for us fine - md5 checksums (c) Read some more of you are unsure (d) Get rid of Kies
