Downgrade from v5 to v4.6

Hi guys.

Can I use BBSAK to downgrade my BB from v5 to 4.6?

U can use BBSAK to wipe your device yes. I would recommend u use desktop manager to backup your messages and addressbook etc. Then u wipe the device using BBSAK.

Go to control panel and uninstall any firmwares (ie. 5.0).

Install the 4.6 firmware onto your compure (Do not click run Desktop manager)

Open up BBSAK again, click Load OS, and your sorted.

Yes, thanks. It was very easy. Going back to v5 tomorrow. Found a answer to my problem on Crackberry. Its because of the password I have on my BB that the names don't show.

I dont have a password on mine and had a similar issue, but somehow managed to solve it.
