I phoned Iburst this morning to downgrade my Wireless 8 to the Wireless 2 with the 64 VAS. I just logged in and it seems I was successfully moved to the new package. But how do I know if the 64 VAS was also added? Is there anyway on the website I can see this?
The lady I spoke to said that she will activate the VAS after 10 mins or so cause the system was to slow at the time when I phoned.
I haven't received any email confirmation yet that I was successfully moved.
And when will they debit my account for the R99 fee that I must pay for the downgrade?
If the 64 VAS was added to my account can I start using the free after hours thingy tonight?
