Downgraded from Do Uncapped Premium to Do Uncapped Advanced

Okay so this is my problem which no one at the Telkom call center seems to understand. I was on Do uncapped premium which used to be the 4 meg uncapped option until the upgrades. So my exchange doesn't support 10 meg and in December I downgraded to Do uncapped advanced which is the new 4 meg uncapped package and a bit of saving too. Didn't really worry about the bill in December because I expected the pro rata charges and so on. Checked January's bill and something didn't look right and it seems that even though I'm on Do uncapped advanced it's only the internet subscription which I'm being charged at R249 while the ADSL rental is R425 for 10 meg instead of the R299 that it's supposed to be for Do uncapped advanced. Who can sort this out because after being on the line with different departments of the Telkom call center for about an hour I wanna give up because if they don't understand the problem they put you through to another department or the call drops.
 
Phone callcenter and select "cancellations", you will be put through to the "options callcenter". Confirm you are speaking to them, else request to be transferred to them. The handle upgrades, downgrades, etc and not just cancellations.

They are very quick and efficient. Also ask if you qualify for your 25% discount :)
 
You're confusing them by referring to Do Uncapped, tell them you want to downgrade from DSL Fastest to DSL Faster:
