Downgrading from Premium to Select

Halloo

I'm trying to downgrade from DSTV Premium to Select using the Self Help option on the Website. Is this at all possible
or am I wasting my time. If Possible, How??

In addition to the DStv Select TV channels, you will also have access to four DMX music channels and 28 radio channels.
DStv Select 1 includes M-Net Series and Universal.

DStv Select 2

DStv Select offers you access to one of the DStv Select bouquets at an affordable monthly subscription.
In addition to the DStv Select TV channels, you will also have access to four DMX music channels and 28 radio channels.
DStv Select 2 includes kykNET and MK

Your best bet is to contact or go into one of the Multichoice Customer Care Centres and do this downgrade personally.
