is this possible?

i have the n96 on the mtn anytime 350 contract at 489 pm
is it possible for me to downgrade? and what are the costs involved please

nope you cannot. You took the phone at the increased subscription ie no once off pay in so you hav to play out the full 24 months before you can downgrade

I am not so sure of that - they may allow a downgrade if the full subsidy amount is paid upfront. They used to and I doubt this has changed. I know this is a silly question but, has the OP phoned and asked? If he did, how did he get through

To tell the truth I can't see why we can't. Yes, you pay R489 per month. R350 for the contract and R139 for the phone. If you downgrade to a Anytime 200 you pay R359. That is R200 for the contract and R159 for the phone. That means they don't loose anything. I'm going to find out tomorrow too.
