Downgrading Neoconnect Prime package

Hi does anyone know how to have this done I am on Prime Unlimited and now only want to use device for phone calls, at least my wife does. I have Neogo as well and telkom finally activated my ADSL line after only:p 16 months.

Anyone? Neotel rep?

BTW I have been happy with the Neotel service but find that the downtime on the weekend was horrible especially with no decent feedback and though I get betwwen 80KB/s and 100KB/s its still not ADSL.
 
You should be able to just call the call centre (on 0800 333 636) and request a downgrade to the package you now want. I assume you'll now want the smallest package (1G per month)?
 
Yep, I have one of teh Axxess after hours Uncapped Semi Fiber Accounts. Would take me 3 days at least to get from Neotel what I get from them in one night. Lets not talk weekend when my Neotel Speeds are usually halved.
 
So one can downgrade a package?

Actually no,

Prime you can go down to any lite package bar the Lite 99.
NeoGO you cant migrate to anything else it's NeoGo or NeoGo.
