I use the ant.com toolbar. It's also a firefox add-on and works well. I have had hassels with some of the other ones.

It comes down in .flv format. VLC player maybe?

Just tested and it work with VLC.

All software are freeware, it just takes a little longer with some software to make it freeware

Just copy it from the firefox cache folder and rename it to .avi, after video has been watched it stays in the cache folder.

Normally named something like "sdf4g65s34"

No, unfortunately I searched for a long time for a nice automatic freeware program that will capture all videos... but there is none. So I went ahead and bought this one. One of the few programs I have actually gone ahead and registered.

Once you have used this program, you won't want anything else... it just saves every single video you view to your "My videos" folder... automatically. No mess. no fuss. Easy.
