Download Speed problems

Need help with Iburst download speed I normaly have a download speed of about 650kbps to about 800kbps and signal strength is around -84db avg but all of a sudden I can only downlaod at less that 300kbps and my signal strength is still -84db avg the tower I normally connect to is Northcliff.

I logged a ticket with iburst ( Not going in to details about that dont want to sit here typing all day)

There is a simple answer to your problem. Your tower is congested, which means that a lot of people are using the Northcliff tower. Sadly, it is one of the most congested base stations in the country. Not much you can do about it, unless you get a directional antenna and try to connect to a different base station.
