Downloading digitally help?

Hi guys. I am hoping i can get a bit of help. I'm a noob, forgive me. I am wanting to buy the Walking Dead 400 Days game. If i buy it digitally then download it, how does it work? Am i able to resume the download etc. I have a 2mb line which fluctuates quite a bit so chances are it is going to take a while.

Where are you buying it from?

If you get a steam code for it (or buy directly through Steam), then yes, when you download through Steam it will resume where it left off if the download stops for whatever reason.
