Downloading help

Hi All
recently got adsl installed & heard by someone that i have 1 gig int. & 10gig local bandwidth.

I want to use all this up before month end, cause like i understand it doesnt get carried over.

So where can i download my 10gig local from.

I gather that nobody talks about the download server in the forums.
Can someone please PM me
