Garyvdh, that http://express-files.com/ link, what type of program is it? Ddl, torrent or one of those old school p2p like shaeeaza, etc?

The Interface and usage is very similar to the old p2p clients, but behind the scenes it is a supercharged Torrent Client.
All the mechanics are hidden from you though. You just search the name, and click download.
BTW, when installing the client make sure you uncheck all the crapware that they try to bundle with it.

Just set it up, point it to your series folder/s. It adds all the episodes and seasons you have, and it downloads the latest episodes for you the minute it is released on any of the NZB sites you added.
Never have to go and look for episodes on your own again.
That's how I used to do it.
Now I just use Netflix (Hasn't been one complete season I've looked for that isn't there.) and Hulu to watch my series, and the CBS site for CBS shows. Stupid CBS, one of the only networks yet to join hulu's next day availability.

Are there no settings as to the type of quality I can get? I want to narrow my search down to 1080p quality.

If your looking for quality you can also use https://publichd.se/ and any regular torrent client.
