Hey guys just wanted to know why we can download demos off the PS store but not videos?

ALL is mirrored! I can d/l vids with local! Remember ALL accounts work with local(US,SA,UK etc)

but when i download videos like uncharted behind the scenes it does not progress. just demos work, cause of that akamai-something like that mirror.

but why don't they just mirror everything?

they do... I download blu-ray trailers all the time.. check to see if those work!

nope, it doesnt work...tried to download spiderman trailer. remember i talking about downloading via a local account. so i queue it with the international account then i change to local and dl. that works with demos.

i can so dunno whats up with yours

Surely you could check through the url? Download PS3 proxy, you'll be able to see the address of the video vs demo. You'll probably find they are from different servers.

im having a similar problem with the E3 vids on PSN. first i thought i was doin something wrong....has anyone here dwnlded the E3 trailers on PSN using local cap??

well my ISP is telkom but following those links Fudzy gave, they say that the videos are mirrored by Limelight Networks, therefore we won't be able to download videos via Local.
