What exactly were you doing during this downtime? Tonight my Virgin connection is the slowest it's been in a long time.

Monday night it was down from 19h55, Tuesday night it was on and of, Wednesday night it was on and of and tonight again on and of. Everytime i phoned 123 they told me the problem is all over.
But during the day from Monday up to now it was OK.
Regarding downtime, what was done?

I'm getting a peak download speed of 46kbps and the highest 10 second average has been 22kbps, just viewing this forum.
