So I was hoping to benefit from the 128k VAS on any package by downgrading my current contract to Wireless 1 and adding the VAS. I have a limited budget that wont allow me to spend more than R500 a month.
iBurst wants to charge me R800 for downgrading, WTF! On top of that, although I get the 64k VAS free on contract, they still want to charge full price for the 128k VAS.
I guess signing a broadband contract in SA is like making a deal with the devil. I wonder how long iBurst is going to survive with the changes happening in the ADSL and Cellular provider space?
