Hey guys

Apologies for always asking for assistance on this forum, but the call centre just cannot seem to help me out.

The last two months I have been charged for going over my 2GB data bundle, but each month I have had data rolled over to the next month?? Please could someone check this out for me? It always appears on my bill on the 8th or 9th of the month, just as my bill closes/opens.
