In the next few days I will be drafting a letter to the UK Communications Regulator, Ofcom, to get their opinions on the situation occuring here in South Africa. I'd just like you ideas on what to place in this Letter, and I should approach it. I know that if we get a positive Letter back from them on what we are trying to do, this will help tremendously, in giving ICASA a better foothold against Telkom.
I will be asking them what they experienced from BT, when they launched their ADSL service, and wether some of the costs Telkom chrge can be truely justified.
