Dragon Age II Kalahari Pre-Order DLC Code Missing?

Has anyone else opened up their DA2 pre-ordered from Kalahari and not found the unlock codes for the Fadeshear & Lion of Orlais items they said would be in the box? Or is there something I'm not doing I'm supposed to?

I'm going to be well pissed if I pre-ordered especially from Kalahari for the DLC codes, and they're not there.......

Seems to be chaos with regard to giving those out all round. BT Games gave me my so-called DLC codes hand written on a piece of paper (they doesn't work) but there was also a separate insert with a ad for Mass Effect on one side and my working code for DA2 DLC on the other.

Mail and let them/EA know. The codes have to be activated via your EA account so it isn't as if you'd benefit from lying about it

Wasn't aware that Kalahari also had a pre-order incentive. I ordered my Signature Edition from BT Games specifically for the DLC and it was supposed to be exclusive to them...

Really sucks for you though in the mean time

Also got my copy from BT with codes in the cover.

Does the box say "signature edition"?
If not then you need to check if you pre-ordered in time to be automatically upgraded.

I remember when I bought Red Dead Redemption from kalahari. They emailed me the bonus codes about a week later.
 
I received my codes without any hassles from gamersgate. My main game code was added to my account 2 weeks before the game launched and got my signature edtion and soundtrack codes on the north america launch date.

Have had way too many issues with local stores trying to get/insure I get my codes.
 
Do you have the signature edition or the normal one? The signature edition contains the codes, so if you didn't get the signature edition then you should have complained prior to opening it.
