Those specs are outdated. Derek French(BW developer) updated them a few days ago.

These are the correct specs:

Windows XP Minimum Specifications
OS: Windows XP with SP3
CPU: Intel Core 2 Single (or equivalent) running at 1.6Ghz or greater
AMD 64 (or equivalent) running at 2.0Ghz or greater
RAM: 1GB or more
Video: ATI Radeon X850 256MB or greater
NVIDIA GeForce 6600 GT 128MB or greater
DVD ROM (Physical copy)
20 GB HD space

Windows Vista/Windows 7 Minimum Specifications
OS: Windows Vista with SP1, Windows 7
CPU: Intel Core 2 Single (or equivalent) running at 1.6Ghz or greater
AMD 64 (or equivalent) running at 2.0Ghz or greater
RAM: 1.5 GB or more
Video: ATI Radeon X1550 256MB or greater
NVIDIA GeForce 7600 GT 256MB or greater

CPU: Intel Core 2 Duo 2.4Ghz Processor or equivalent
AMD Phenom II X2 Dual-Core 2.7 GHz or greater

The only thing that aren't good of those requirements is the amount of disc space, 20GBs for a game install, that's just insane

The game is a single DL DVD - 8GB....cough....cough....so I've heard

It is but the pc version uses some form of compression so it has quite a few of the language versions on board. PS3 version has blue ray so it has the same languages as the pc version. Xbox 360 is limited to one language per disc.

Unfortuantly the digital download isn't that big since its compressed. Both PC and xbox 360 pirates have already gotten their hands on it.

Ok guys. I have the reason behind the delay not going to please guys who ordered the normal edition.

Adrian(BT games) and Neil(TakeTwo) says EA has confirmed its delayed due to the CE coming in late. They want to launch the title together and not have people wait for the CE.

I think its a bit unfair on guys who ordered the normal edition. But at least now we have a reason.
