Dragon Ball Z Counterstrike Mod

Hi,
Anyone remember a mod for Counter Strike that enables you to use the Dragonball Z characters in the game? I know there is a flight mode as well.

Any ideas what mod it is? Is it Counterstrike?

There is also Bid For Power which is the Quake 3 mod.

Imagine how sick destructible environments would be, hell I'd pay for that mod
