None of the SA bundu courts, normal courts, High Court, Supreme Court of Appeals or the Constitutional Court will ever, ever allow any of these SOE's to liquidate. Courts are way too corrupt to allow this.

Well it's not up to them. Like the SAA case though someone has to bring it first. Then the courts appoint a party(s) that will decide if it can be rescued or has to be liquidated through a different process.
