Drawing tablet/pad with pen for Windows

I would like to be able to draw in apps like MS Whiteboard and Lucidspark Whiteboard, and maybe even in good ol' MS Paint.

Now I don't want to draw art, more usual stuff you physically draw on whiteboards on the office. Using the mouse is just awful. Some others say buy an iPad or Samsung Pad with a pen, but that's super expensive to be able to draw in Windows.

Any ideas?

i remember back then i saw this mouse pen, a pen with an optical sensor and it was quite cheap. maybe YouTube it?

Can’t give a review but got my kid the Wacom one for drawing on pc.

I have a Wacom Intuos S which works well for what I need to do with it. If you want to test out whether this kind of tablet works for you I would go with the Huion mentioned above since it is about a third of the price
