I don't know what the retailers are cooking up right now but the deal below is what I had in mind for a long time even before I saw it.

Any chance of us getting something like this here in South Africa?
I can do with a Lumia 900, 800, 710 or even a 610 with a new PC purchase on contract. However, for the WP7.x phones we would need to raise the stakes a little bit and make the PC a hybrid or convertible. That would be the compromise for the phones not being WP8.
The perfect deal for me would be a Samsung Smart PC + Lumia 820 (900 or HTC 8S) + 2GB/mth for R429/mth (or even cheaper). Howz about that MTN, Vodacom, 8ta or Cell C?
