So the last few days has been some kind of emotional rollercoaster for me. Still trying to cope with everything and yea... I've found that pre-occupying myself with stuff like work (worked through the weekend) doesn't help much.

I have however noticed that when I dream, doesn't matter if its a nightmare or a good dream, I don't tend to think anything else except what is happening in the dream itself.

Its kind of liberating, living oneself into the situation you're currently in at that moment and moving all the other things that bothers you like (my stuff that happend), bond repayments, money stress, work stress etc...

Nowadays I actually prefer to go to bed because I know once I dream I'm free of worry and only in that one situation. Kind of like Daredevil closing himself in that coffin to block out all the sound he has to bear with every day.

But once I wake up all those thoughts comes rushing back and in the end I can't get back to sleep because of it.

Have you guys noticed the same thing?

Uhm nope, when the going gets tough, the tough gets alcohol. I dont dream, so I just lie there listening to the wife talking about relationships and how more of a healthy lifestyle we should zzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzz

lol... yea, sometimes if I realise its a dream I can control it, which is always fun for replaying certain parts... sometimes the concentration of actually manipulating the dream wakes me up, which sucks.

At least your wife tells your bed time stories :D
