I almost felt like I'd cheated him until I realised mine came in a blue bag and included a long spiral type thing like a shower pipe for hand work. I.e. that's a different model.

Also I included an extra grout removal accessory 568.

Good on you. Even if you hadn't included extras, it won't be your fault if some retailer decides to drop price. That happens all the time.

Thanks for this @surface. I've sent a PM to the buyer pointing out your post and offering to refund him if he isnt happy. I believe he'll receive his Dremel Tuesday/Wednesday.

Asked him to check the model.

Ok Toolcraft have the model wrong. They're offering the 4000 1/45X which, according to the Dremel Europe site is "retired", I presume that means discontinued.
