Plenty of similar toolboxes available, unless of course, you are looking for the foam inserts to hold the gadgets.
1. Yep the foam for 8220
2. I want the Dremel branded case. Only 4000 seems to be similar. But then of course foam different

Yeah those are hard to find. Not many people that bought the case and I barely even seen the case get advertised as new in stores. Think it’s one of those things you might strike it lucky with on eBay or something.

No response yet. Thinking of maybe getting a dremel 4000 one and just cutting own foam inserts.
Their response is that "Unfortunately we do nit have the platinum edition is SA."
Pity. The entire kit would cost about R7000 from overseas on ebay. Thus I just wanted the toolbox as the 8220 itself is available locally at cheaper cost.

Funnily enough the Dremel service centre in KZN says a shop might have one but with a 8200.
Its 33% less efficient as 8220 has a better motor.

Nope. Locally other model was available.
Only overseas kit mostly UK thats way too expensive.
Given exchange rate and it being a want not need, stopped looking.
