Been getting error "service is currently scrambled" this since yesterday evening (Feb 17). My account was up to date ( only last Saturday I was disconnected because I was overdue - I pay months upfront but get no statements and I missed the date.) It seems that there may be quite a few frustrated people having these issues.

took a needle, and with the drifta already switched on I held the power button down, then briefly pushed a needle through the reset button then let go of the power button.
Then I went to the site (and logged in) and cleared the error code.

Apparently there was a ''signal disruption'' and all of those affected had to phone the call centre to clear the error. It is also necessary to reset the Drifta by inserting a needle into the reset button situated below the on/off switch.
