Drivers license booking online

Returning to SA for 2 weeks soon. Found out https://onlinecompanysa.co.za services is terminated and been trying to book on online.natis.gov.za - this site can't be reached since beginning of October. Is nothing working in SA these days!?

Still can't access, it must be blocking users from outside the country. Tried through VPN and no success.
