Hi,

Which is the best licensing department to go to? Just had a mate complaining they had to wait 3.5 hours at Midrand and another saying that Centurion is worse?

Any of them have their ducks in a row?

Was thinking there is a particular time of the day to go that would be the quietest??

Took my sister, about an hour a month or two back. Bring your own pen, colour pic and a friend to stand inline for you while you do the eye-test. ID + Copy + R400 odd.

Midrand is the best. Go there during lunch time or after 14:00.

early in the morning is bad coz of those writting learners and so forth.
 
Went to the one in ormonde near gold reef city.

Not too bad

Was done in an hour
