Can't comment on the site/business you are asking about, but keep in mind they do VEHICLE license renewals, which a lot of 3rd party parties can help with (Post Office in some provinces, lots of companies like the one you mention, etc)

As the title of your thread refers to DRIVER license, take note that you cannot outsource the renewal of that, you need to do it yourself in person.
