Drivers license

Hi guys I need help. I renewed my driver's license back in 2018 and due to unfortunate circumstances I was not able to go and fetch it. Do you think it is still there or should I just go and register for a new one. Thanks guys

I am sure you can to the department and enquire. If they are unable to assist apply for a new one.
