Dropbox & 2 step verification

Hey everyone;

I have a 1tb dropbox acc, which I use for both business and personal. I link various pcs to this, on which I select only certain folders to sync to the specific pc.

I saw the "2 step verification" setting this morning, and enabled it. My idea was with this, that when on a certain pc, I click on "Open Drobox.com", it is supposed to ask me a verification code sent to my cell, and only then open my online dropbox folder, with all the files.

But it doesn't ask any verification code, and opens the online folder. I have a few private files, which I want to keep private. And just maybe some idiot click his way into this.

Why doesn't this 2 step verification work like this, as this is how I understood it? Or what am I missing?

Log out, clear any saved passwords,cookies, and/or cache for dropbox.com and then log in again.
