Hey everyone, hope I can get an answer here. Just a quick review of my office setup.

We print labels, a lot of them. The printer is installed on the main pc, and shared on our office network. The folder where the templates are stored, is also on this main pc, and shared on the network. That way everyone who prints labels, open and saves the labels on the main pc, via network.

I have a dropbox acc on my laptop, which I use to backup everything. I used to have this label printing setup on my laptop, so then the labels where backed up on the dropbox folder, easy peasy.

Now I dont need dropbox on this main pc, and many people have acces to it. So I can install dropbox on this main pc as well, but I dont want to use my account on that pc as well, due to private documents saved on dropbox.

So, Is there a way I can add that network folder to my dropbox account, so every day that labels gets backed up as before? If possible, how do I go about this, because I tried and could not get this right.

Thanks

You can use a different Dropbox account and share that folder with Your account, so it sync's with your private dropbox account and on the work account.

I have Google Drive mapped on my PC at work and PC's at home. So it acts like a normal network drive. If you're interested there are loads of tuts on the net.
