Dropbox file missing from pc

I've uploaded a file to my S3 13 hours ago.
The file is on my phone but not on any other of my pc's.
The sync seems to be working from my phone cos I deleted one file from my phone and the file was deleted from the pc folder.
Why is the file I uploaded not syncing to the pc?
