Dropbox introduces U2F support for secure authentication

I've been using a Yubikey for 2 factor auth for ages. Unfortunately my one is an older version that didn't include the U2F standard - guess its time for an upgrade.
 
So why is it that we are not able to buy any of these keys anywhere in South Africa? Yubikey Neo has been available for more than a year, and other of their products for longer than that, and their 'distributor' here (layer7) has been sitting on it for all that time. You can't find it in any shops, no online stores, nowhere.

Other similar products from Keydo and Happlink also not available here.
