Dropped calls

No it has been extensively announced in ALL media that Vodacom is in the process of network upgrades, customers may experience dropped calls. In fact 702 test is not relevant in this instance!!

For the last month, I have not been able to complete a call without it cutting. So let's hope the upgrades work.
 
Its a bloody joke, and for this you pay some of the highest charges in the world???
So much for that 702 test, not sure where they drove but clearly in the real world, dropped calls are happening more and more.
 
@marine1, many factors need to be taken into concentration the other party you were dialing were they at a fixed location meaning not driving around. Maybe a few towers were down in the area.

I don't trust what I read in the media always.

I have experienced frequent disconnection/dropped connections/service errors.

Unbelievable, been using that stretch of the highway a lot lately, from William Nicol on N1 towards Alberton.
At least 10 dropped calls every time and this is in a built up business / residential area on a highway? A national road??
And this is what we pay top dollar for?
What a joke.
