Due to the fact that Internet Solutions uncapped accounts are so terrible I have decided to drop it as a service for my clients. I also was going to move several realms of mine to IS but due to the dishonest nature of their business (as represented by their products) Ill be staying with SAIX.
Fact of the matter is that giving a client their turd of a product will cost you clients. Its cost me two already. I wont even go into their complete lack of redundancy.
Seriously.. a 4mb line that downloads from _normal_ http websites (when pulling drivers for clients) at 4kbs.
I would suggest that if you want happy clients, dont use IS. Theyre the new Verizon.
