Castrate him and then make him eat his own.. Then take a pic when its in his mouth and post on the net with funny jokes and degredation. Then when he is half way through eating, execute him with a shot to the back of his head. Make is whole life null and void.

Violence spread violence.
It is a spiral you cannot get out of.

/me votes for mandatory chemical castration in cases like this

Child abuse is very common in SA. When I did a stint in forensics a few years back I came across many victims. The saddest thing is finding HIV+ 12 year olds.

Alcohol is probably the biggest single contributor in child or adult rape/molestation.
Many of these guys rape the kids because there isn't an adult for them to have sex
with - but alcohol definately contributes.

You saw taxi drivers rape a woman in a mini-skirt, I would bet that many
of these guys wouldn't think twice about doing the same to a 8-13 year
old if she wore a short skirt OR they had some booze. When women are
seen as inferior things like that become more common.

Being drunk brings out the real you.

I tend to agree, in my (observational) experience alcohol doesn't push people to do things they don't want to do, it pushes them to do the things they do want to do :)
