Drupal Theme's

Anyone know what is would cost to hire someone to create a drupal theme for me ?

I have my website(basically static) and would like to have it's theme ? implmeneted on a drupal platform ?

not a very complex site, so I'm sure you could get an existing theme and modify it which would be cheaper than recreating it.
