Dry Rub Off decal paper

CNA used to sell those sheets of alphabets (black print on a clear sheet) that you rubbed off onto whatever surface. I'm looking for something similar but a clear sheet that you can print on then rub the graphic off (dry, not the sheets that use water) onto a surface. Here's a UK stockist:

Amazon UK do sell them but only have standard delivery and I need it quite urgently & also don't trust our post office with standard delivery items. Does anyone know any local shops / places that sell this kinda thing?
