Sorry for asking my questions.
I was not aware this forum is yours
I just need to read an official UMTS 3G standard for USSD if any, to learn
more about sentences broadcasted, messages and the like.
So my question about a script parser for DSFLOWRPT, BOOT sentences is still open.
And please don't expect me to write such parser on my own in just a week , as it took your 3 years to write your excellent MDMA application, still upgraded and it took Huawei years to write very basic Dashboard application.
Frankly speaking I would like to design and implement my own language for writing parsers, based on my experience with Magic and flow charting.
I am sure, there is a group of specialists, developing 3G , UMTS, USDPA, HSPA standards, publishing official reports on the Internet.
One such place is the International Telecommunication Union.
I don't want to be a developer.
I wand my telecom or Huawei, Option, to develop services I am looking for.
My other operator, I started my tests with Internet over GPRS , preinstalled
his WAP browser in my Motorola V3 with corporate start webpage,
full of ads, rings to buy and download, games to buy and download.
First thing I did was to install Opera Mini and clean start page.
My present operator is really good with 3G , pricing is ok, transfer is ok 1Mbps max., I can write to you, open web pages, download MDMA and the like and it works.
He started USSD tests and one day it worked, another didn't.
Today operator's name in MDMA is set to : UNKNOWN
for unknown to me reasons.
But it works and pricing plan is ok.
But I don't dare to visit his web page with millions of ads, images to watch, just to query for my balance data.
So USSD is really clean to me.
But I am afraid, 3G marketing managers to develop USSD into another marketing channel, full of ads as, I contacted a professor , author of excellent How GSM networks work - book and his next lecture is exactly about business interfaces in GSM phones.
So I really to need USSD standard in advance to let me quit in due time and go back to Location Based Systems I design, develop and implement.
