DSL down for 19 hours!

My DSL was down for 19hours straight starting 2pm Thurs and up again at 9.30am Friday. First no authentication, then from midnight Thurs no DSL at all until 9.30am Friday.

The DSL helpline said it was an intermittent problem.

Anyone know what went wrong?

gogolad, where about are you situated? I'm in CT and I was down for about an hour yesterday.
