The DSL(some phone lines too) has been down since loadshedding ended on Monday 27 June in Hopefield, on the West Coast. I immediately logged a fault with my ISP Axxess, but theres only so much they can do. Openserve do not seem bothered at all, which is strange. I have in the past logged faults and got same day assistance. I know of a few people that have also logged faults with Telkom etc. yet no indication that a Technician has been this side.
Anybody know how to escalate with Openserve?
