DSL in Zim

Mr. Albertyn sent in a link this morning about DSL in Zimbabwe:

Their connections are 128/32, but they have no cap after hours.. goes for around R1,400 for the cheapest one.

Now there's a prime example of a country Telkom would like to compare themselves to aye..

mad your mad comparing zim to us

there economy is nothing compared to our the amount of users they could get would be less because half the population is starving. hlaf of the other half are just getting by and rest proberly work the government so all they do is sleep and eat expensive food. so it should be expensive due to lack of ppl unlike here i head someone say we now have 80000 adsl and im sure they coiuld grow to half a million if prices where dramatically cut maybe more

killadoob, you're missing the point. Zim has UNCAPPED (afterhours) use of their DSL connections for around R1400. Here, you're lucky if you can get 30gigs for that price

128 though i mean how much bandwidth could you use

i got 30 gigs for 480 way less than that my i pay about 900 in total for my adsl with 30 gigs
