Just to clarify!
Does anyone know under which circumstances I should report a line fault to Telkom or when to report to MWeb when I pay only the voice line rental to Telkom and the rest (DSL/ADSL) rental to MWeb.
I was under the impression that Mweb would then be my only point of contact if I had problems on my DSL line!
or does it work on the principal of hardware (wires) to Telkom and software (ADSL issues) to MWeb?
