Just to clarify!
Does anyone know under which circumstances I should report a line fault to Telkom or when to report to MWeb when I pay only the voice line rental to Telkom and the rest (DSL/ADSL) rental to MWeb.

I was under the impression that Mweb would then be my only point of contact if I had problems on my DSL line!

or does it work on the principal of hardware (wires) to Telkom and software (ADSL issues) to MWeb?

ADSL (physical connection) to Telkom.
iSP to Mweb.

Hi Blender

I have checked your have an all inclusive account with us. If you have any trouble with your adsl connection or adsl line you should report it to us and we will take it from there.
