DSL Line transfer with no request?

So we have the DSL line with Telkom and data with Afrihost, and the person who has the Telkom account received this earlier today? Nobody has put in a request to move the line?

And that email address fails to receive mail.
 
The account holder must contact Telkom 10210 and ask who initiated the request and to whom is the line being transferred?
 
What did Afrihost say when you called them?
My house mate was supposed to put the ticket through, guess I will have to do it myself

And he is in Mozam, I ain't got time for this, was hoping it was false

it maybe scam/fishing here, trying to make you click the link? just a thought?
I thought the same, but the email bounces and the link is legit
 
It depends on HOW your request for service from AH was interpreted/acted upon by AH.

One wrong box ticked on their "order screen" and walla, your line will be transferred from Telkom to AH.

True, but we initiated the account in June, why would it only start going though now?

Lots of reports on the forum, that the process could take 10 - 12 weeks ----

Would P me off no end as well if this happened without my say so.
