Here are some price comparisons with Big Pond in Aus.
For Au$ 179.95 x 4.5 = R809.78 you get
5 Gb cap & 1500/256 DSL service.Rate Au$0.119 p/mb after allowance.
Telkom states that their costs are high due to distance from US & Euope
Well, how far is Aus then?
Makes you wonder, check rates yourself at www.bigpond.com.au
Cable service is also a big eye opener.
And when they say 1500 d/load you better believe that's what you will
get.

Remember that the ISP's in Australia and New Zealand are able to distinguish between local and international traffic as well. This makes they're capping infinitely more preferrable than Telkom's half-baked concept. I'd happily accept the 3Gb cap if Telkom were able to separate my local traffic from it.
