DSL Problems

Hi,
I have 1024kbps (1mbps) MWEB Uncapped internet. I use a Telkom line which is also @ 1024kbps. Lately, I have been getting 40kBps and I have no idea what the hell the problem is. When I try call Telkom (10210), I hear a lot of static and barely understand what it's asking me to do. Should I go to the exchange and ask them to reset my ports and everything?

Have you checked your POTS filters / possibly 1 of them is on the fritz

get them to test your line .sounds like a fault ,with the static .PMB had plenty rain lately and TELKOM lines don't like rain
