DSL Select from HostworX

If youre looking to run different types of traffic for different uses, ie gaming, browsing etc, look no further HostworX is offering "DSL Select", you can selectively choose which type of adsl traffic to use at any given time, at the click of a mouse. You are able to add all three types of traffic shaped, unshaped, and local only to a single account, and by selecting the traffic type to use from the adsl control panel your router is disconnected and reconnected with the selected traffic type that you chose.

I am busy giving it a bash and it works great, no more multiple accounts, one account and I have all three types of traffic added.

Sounds like RAS to me...
And also like FAIL in any case. I want to use Shaped AND Local Only at the same time... Using 2 different pools of data at the same time, not one OR the other.

There is no additional costs. Other than purchasing your dsl traffic from them.

I spoke to one of the support guys, it is not currently displayed on their website yet as they are trialing it to make sure there is no bugs or issues, it is however in their dsl console and it is working.

They do not use ras or anything, they physically disconnect you from the dslam and reconnect you using the specific profile you selected, so when you use any of the traffic types it is straight access no funny interconnects or the like, their radius servers setup allows you to use multiple types of traffic and based on your selection you change your traffic type dynamically.
